About LEGO Serious Play
Renowned globally for its uniquely creative and engaging approach to enabling collaboration and exploring issues and opportunities, LEGO Serious Play is a facilitation technique that utilises metaphor and storytelling to help you express yourself in new ways—ultimately empowering you to build a better business.
During a workshop, participants are invited to use LEGO bricks to build symbolic or metaphorical models of the insights that emerge in response to the facilitator's response.
These models then act as the basis for group discussions, idea sharing, and decision making.
