We are looking for proven commercial construction Site Managers to join our Hamilton based operation. Ideally, you will be a trade qualified carpenter who has spent time as a Leading Hand, Foreman, and Site Manager. Also, you have had experience running jobs in tandem with a Quantity Surveyor and without a Project Manager.

A Fosters Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe day to day running of a construction project. They are also required to manage budgets, timelines, and deal with any delays or problems that might arise during the project.  

Ultimately, they take responsibility and are accountable for the performance of the entire onsite construction process. 

Fosters Site Managers are a critical component of the onsite construction team. All site-based activities are coordinated by the Site Manager, including employees, suppliers, and subcontractors.
